CurvyFashionPlaza is a European B2B wholesale platform for professionals specialized in plus-size women's clothing shipping worldwide.

With the brands MAGNA, ZEFFA & MAELLE, 6 to 8 collections are released per year. As a result, new products are added to the B2B every week following the latest trends.

Buy directly according to the Cash & Carry concept and replenish your store stock as needed without high investment and the risk of pre-ordering. Almost all products can be purchased separately per size in our online Curvy Wholesale, very easy & efficient for you as a retailer!

How we work?

1. Register your company via the registration form
2. After activating your account you can view all products and wholesale prices
3. Order easily in the B2B webshop: there is no minimum order, you can buy separately per size
4. Paying the order: After confirmation you will receive a request by e-mail to complete the payment. This will include shipping & handling charges. 
5. Delivery: After payment has been confirmed your order will be shipped straight away.
6. Track & Trace: as soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace by e-mail
7. Invoice: you will receive this by e-mail after your package has been shipped
8. Images: Easily download all product images of your order from your account with one click

 BECOME A RESELLER

As a reseller/retailer you are welcome to purchase from us, you must register your company via the registration form on our website.

Your company must meet the following requirements:

• You are a reseller in the fashion industry and have a physical store. 
• If you only sell via your website and/or social media please provide us all links for verification purpose
• You have a business registration 
• Your store is located in a commercial shopping area 
• Your store assortment fits well with our curvy size collections and Plus-Size brands MAGNA - MAELLE -ZEFFA

1. Complete the registration form
2. Your company data will be checked by us. If your company meets the admission requirements and all details are correct, you will receive an email with the request to create a B2B account. 
3. Create account: Create a username & password 
4. You can now log in to the CurvyFashionPlaza B2B Wholesale website to purchase

DELIVERY / RETURNS 

Delivery: We aim to process orders placed before 12:00am the same working day and hand them over to the transport company. During busy periods, the processing time is between 24-48 hours.

Returns: It is possible that the product does not meet your wishes, unfortunately this is not a valid reason for return.

1. Check all your goods upon receipt
2. If you see visible defects such as defective goods and/or incorrectly delivered products, you must notify us immediately upon receipt within 1-3 working day(s) by e-mail to sales@curvyfashionplaza.com.
3. You will receive a credit note for the defective goods as we do not replace defected items for customers outside of The Netherlands.

• Other International Countries: 5-14 business days

 DUTY RATES

Please note that when importing goods to your country, duties and taxes need to be paid. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid to your customs authorities. Mostly companies like DHL, FedEx and UPS will handle this and issue a duty invoice that you as a customer need to pay before the shipment is released.

We Ship DAP termns (Delivered at Place): the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the agreed-upon destination. However, unlike some other Incoterms, the seller will charge the buyer for transportation and delivery costs. The buyer, in turn, is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. It's crucial for both parties to clarify their roles and responsibilities when using DAP to ensure a smooth transaction and avoid any unexpected expenses.

In addition to paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees, the buyer is also responsible for determining the correct duty rates based on the Harmonized System (HS) codes of the goods being shipped. 

At our company, we work with reliable worldwide couriers such as FedEx and DHL, who can handle the transportation and delivery of goods shipped under DAP. These courier companies have experience in dealing with customs formalities and can provide guidance to the buyer regarding the duties and taxes that need to be paid upon arrival. However, while the courier can provide assistance, it's ultimately the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all duties and taxes are paid correctly, based on the HS codes of the goods being shipped.
